A much more relaxed and fun experience for both me and my kiddo than I expected. Decided to visit for my daughter's birthday and she had an absolute blast. A very grateful mother to Kenzie (aka Huggy) and Elaine (Huggy's escort). They found out my daughter was dying to meet "the Dragon" and they both made special efforts to greet her, let her get a good hug and picture. This is paradise for kids under 10.
I was in on Saturday with my kids. It was our first time there and it was an awesome experience! There was one staff member named Jacob that was extremely helpful and great with my kids! He was patient and kind, helping them go down the slides. He deserves recognition! We will definitely be coming back.
We did a big birthday party here for our son, he turned 5. All staff and team members were absolutely exceptional! They were very attentive to our needs and made the decor look awesome for the birthday party. It was stress free, and an amazing time for all of us! I highly recommend anyone to have a birthday party here.
