My grandson loved it!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone for a birthday party. I gave a final head count a few days before but then needed to add one late RSVP that day, they were fine adding one but when 2 Kids didn't show up they refused to refund me. So, they're fine taking more money but not giving back. Another issue was they supposedly have a dedicated attendant for our table but yet she sat behind the counter on her phone. I had to ask for the "Huggy" parade and dance party but that never happened....which leads to my last complain... read more
I was trying to book a gathering.for kids at Kids Empire, but so many Somali moms have shared negative experiences there. A lot of them feel unwelcome and believe one employee there treats Somali families unfairly. It’s concerning when so many people have similar experiences. Many moms said they would rather go to Sky Zone than ever return to Kids Empire.
