This is tricky, my little one had a great time at a birthday party that was held here but as an adult the staff coordination was a disaster. They were packed with birthday parties on the verge of over booked - tables on top of tables and adults elbow to elbow. The line took forever to get through- literally 30 minutes with only 2 folks helping at the counter.
This place is huge! The kids are having an absolute blast and the fact that there is no time limit AND you can leave and come back is amazing. Def recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and th3 facility is very clean as well.
