Edit* They fixed my previous issue however here I am once again trying to deal with getting my sons medication refilled. I have always sent an portal message to refill and I did that last week and still not filled. As this is an controlled medication we cant fill it too soon. He down to 1 day left and still not filled. DO NOTTT take your autistic kiddo here.. dr is impatient with them & not sure how to handle kiddo. Long waiting as well which you know autistic kiddos don’t handle well. At least an hour wait to see doctor but if your lucky enough with your kid screaming they will take you too a rook to sit for another time of 45 mins. Receptions will hang up on you & provide no information of you don’t ask. Receptions also do not add things into notes. I am extremely disappointed with how ADHD medication management is handled at this office. There is only one doctor in the practice that can prescribe my son's ADHD medication. My frustration is that we were never informed that an updated appointment would be required before his next refill could be approved. Had we been told when the previous prescription was filled, we would have scheduled the appointment in advance and avoided this situation.
