Terrible experience. My 2-year-old was sick, but the office insisted I bring him or pay a fee to reschedule. We arrived at 3:15 pm for a 3:30 pm appointment, completed the online paperwork on the spot, and still waited until 3:55 pm—only to be told we had “missed” the appointment. The front desk was unprofessional, dismissive, and gave false information. Now I’m filing formal complaints with the BBB and DMHC. Avoid this place.

The office staff is great but the call center are rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to people. Interrupt me. Said I had to reschedule today and yes I know the policy. His response was “you know that it’s a 48 hours notice we need to reschedule the appointment”. He interrupts me so I interrupt him. While he’s speaking I said well he has a fever and I’m pretty sure he’s not going to want him in. He goes and say will you cancel in June so that a point so one more hour withdrawn from practice.
