I am extremely disappointed with the way I was spoken to when I called to cancel my child’s appointment this morning. The representative I spoke with was unnecessarily rude. Leadership should be aware that the tone and manner in which patients are spoken to reflects directly on the practice. Whoever is overseeing that department may want to consider additional customer service training to ensure representatives communicate respectfully and professionally with patients and families.
