Great staff. Front desk can do better at communicating but the back team is always awesome to my daughter.
From the minute, I got here, I had some trouble with the insurance and financial cards I was given from the insurance company. The staff was super patient. They were super helpful. Even though it took a while to work out, they made sure that we had our appointment and got in and out as soon as possible.

Terrible experience. My 2-year-old was sick, but the office insisted I bring him or pay a fee to reschedule. We arrived at 3:15 pm for a 3:30 pm appointment, completed the online paperwork on the spot, and still waited until 3:55 pm—only to be told we had “missed” the appointment. The front desk was unprofessional, dismissive, and gave false information. Now I’m filing formal complaints with the BBB and DMHC. Avoid this place.
