I was disappointed with our experience at this dental office. During our visit, no dental cleaning was performed, yet our insurance was billed for a cleaning.
If I could give this place less than one star I would and purely to the poor customer service by receptionists, they are very rude and unprofessional. My son had an appointment at 4:30 pm they gave me attitude saying the appointment was at 4:00 pm until I showed them the card with the time. They did not provide me with receipts until 5 days after the service and it was not an itemized receipt as asked, they texted me a crooked photo with the total charges without specifying the service.
