I went there and they told me that my daughter needed surgery for her teeth when she was 4 years old. They told me to make an appointment so that I would have a spot. I got a second opinion and they told me that she didn’t need surgery and that was a big jump, so I cancelled the surgery appointment. Now she’s 6 and she can take the gas instead of surgery, I went to book an appointment at kids dental in Bristol and they said I can’t be seen at their practice anymore because I canceled that appointment 2 years ago. This is the second time I write this since google took it down for cursing. Brenda the “manager” is horrible. So rude to the parents and even her coworkers. She doesn’t know professionalism. She talks down on everyone like a child or like they don’t know what they are talking about when asking about my daughters surgery. The girl at the front desk is so slow, she sounds like she doesn't know what she talking about. And the girl next to her was wearing a shirt that you can see her nips through it. At a kids dentist. Sadly, after over 15 years of going to this practice it is now time to move on to a different one. The staff has gotten rude and just booking an appt for my son and daughter was a problem. They’re over 18 so apparently they have to do it themselves. This is the first place EVER I’ve had this issue and was never a problem till fairly recent. I make appoints all the time for my husband, my elderly parents as well and my son and daughter for other doctor offices and NEVER had this problem. The lady did book the appointment as o... read more
