Very bad experience for my entire family the customer service is very rude there’s is no polite people they treat the people in a very bad way very very bad experience
I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was extremely disappointing, especially from the staff at the front desk. They act as if they own the business rather than representing it professionally. Something should definitely be done about this. They keep customers waiting but are quick to criticize anyone who arrives a bit late.
Doctores pocos profesionales lleve a mi hijo desde los 4 años a ese dentista , ahora va cumplir 8 años y yo nose que le asian pero resulta que ahora tiene una carie muy grande y lo mandaron a un especialista porque dicen ellos que no lo pueden curar . Lo que no entiendo como esa carie la dejaron crecer tanto y nunca lo dieron seguimiento ahora mi hijo necesita un rutcanal
Doctors here are very unprofessional and dismissive. I took my Son in with a tooth ache which turned out to be an infection and the Doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics and left my Son in pain. She argued he needed to wait for treatment. She even dismissed both of my kids completely and refused to do any dental work as she didn’t feel capable of doing root canals, and Crowns. If you want good care for your kids, go to another Office. Very disappointing!
Just love them they’re very respectful very loving very welcoming. My son been coming here since he was small. I love the people here.
