The first time was very good the second time she didn’t cut good even tho she had a picture , the third time with picture again she cut horribly where it should have been shorter was longer where it should’ve been longer was too short my son’s bangs were done horrible like a wave short long short long I asked for money back or a free cut she offered touch up , well if she touches his hair and tries to make it even he will have no more hair how high she wants to go with the bangs??? We had a very good experience here. From the moment we entered, the stylist Bahar greeted my daughter as if she knows her from a long time ago. This immediately made my daughter feel calm and at ease. She gave her an iPad to watch Ms. Rachel during the haircut, resulting in no crying or fussing. Bahar also has a very light hand. She didn't bother my daughter at all. She also gave me good tips of how to take care of her hair. She also didn't take away from my daughter's hair length, because her hair is short and thin.
