We were really excited for our son’s first haircut, he had such beautiful long hair. I went in for a trim to get it out his eyes and he got uneven bangs - long in the middle short on the sides. It looks like a home done botched haircut. The sides cut horribly short. His haircut looks terrible. We are so sad, I wish I could undo this! It’s going to take months to grow out. The worst experience for a child. The staff was rough and not gentle with kids at all. My son complained several times that the machine’s pins were scraping and hurting him during the haircut. On top of that, the price is outrageous — $42 CAD, plus another $10 CAD because my other son used the “playground” for about 10 minutes, making a total of $52 CAD plus tax just for a simple haircut. Very upset with the service and cut. I told her I was booking a haircut for my daughter and gave her name and when I went in I was using “her” to refer to my daughter anticipating she’d know who she’s cutting her hair for. I initially told her I just wanted “her” hair cleaned up. She proceeded to cut my daughter’s hair thinking she was a boy and now my daughter’s hair looks like a boy’s hair cut for our upcoming trip. Absolutely terrible experience. The hairstylist was rude, distracted, and completely ignored what my niece’s mom asked for. She clearly told her multiple times that my niece is a baby girl and that she only wanted a small trim to even out her hair. Instead, the stylist started shaving the side of her head. When my niece’s mom immediately told her to stop, she didn’t stop and kept going, trying to “fix” her mistake by cutting both sides even shorter.
