Everyone here is incredibly helpful and so nice. Brandi, Sam, and Dr Graham work so hard to take care of my kids. They're all so good with the kids and I always feel heard.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Nurse Practitioner Brandy at Kids Cove Pediatric. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine conversation regarding my daughter’s feeding needs turned into one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounters I have ever experienced with a pediatrician’s office. I am extremely disappointed with the way my niece’s care and the termination of services were handled by this office. We received a termination letter stating that appointments related to referrals had been missed and were considered no-call/no-shows. I was also told that an appointment had supposedly been missed the very same day the termination letter was sent. The problem is, I was not aware that these appointments had ever been scheduled. We absolutely LOVE kids cove pediatrics! We had a pretty negative experience at a different pediatrician the day after my daughter was born so I was very skeptical. As a first time mom, you learn as you go and they have been nothing short of wonderful with my daughter and with us. The office is extremely clean, warm, and welcoming, and all of the staff truly care about the children that come in! Truly the best pediatrician’s office my family and I have ever been to. They can almost always get us in the same day when needed, and everyone is so friendly and kind. It’s also the cleanest doctor’s office I’ve ever visited. The care here is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend them.
