*this review is about the registration, not the specific childcare center* Same story as others. We had paid close to 1500 dollars the summer of 2022 when I was pregnant. Told we had a spot for 2023, were enrolled in the app and filled out all the paper work. Once we knew this we had turned down other childcare centers. I saw the news and questioned our status and received written communication from the head office confirming our spot for 2023. I have had 2 children enrolled at Kids & Co and have had nothing but great things to say about the staff and communication. My youngest will be attending school next year and I will be sad for him to transition. I really appreciate everything they have done over the years.

In the fall of 2022, my spouse and I paid enrolment fees and and a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $2600.00 to add our children to the waitlist. We were looking for care starting in September 2023. By mid-July 2023, we had failed to receive confirmation that our kids could start at Kids & Co by our requested timeline.
