Very disappointing experience. My son was hurt several times, The staff communication was poor, and the teachers did not always treat the children kindly. I would not trust this daycare with my child again
I am very disappointed with this daycare. My son was hurt multiple times, and one incident left him with deep scratches all over his face. Since then, he has lost confidence. The staff communication was very poor. Different staff members kept asking me the same questions, showing a lack of coordination. I was also unhappy with how the teachers treated the children. I trusted this daycare to keep my child safe, but my experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend it.
Wonderful daycare with caring staff and a warm environment. We are very happy with the care provided!
We are so thankful for Kids & Co. We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare with both our children. The director is warm and accommodating and the teachers go above and beyond to make our children feel welcome and safe. What stands out the most is how attentive the teachers are with the children. They’re immersed in all the activities whether it’s crafts, reading, playtime, etc. I know my child is always getting the attention and care they need. We love our kids and co family! We were so worried after being so spoiled at the uptown location. I almost considered making the drive every day because we loved them so much but we committed to moving our life to the west shore. Our little guy has adjusted so well because of the wonderful staff and a special shout out to Muskan, who made him the world’s sweetest birthday card that we will keep until it falls apart. 🥰
