My son has been a patient here for many years and they have always been very supportive and the doctors take the time to explain things, which is rare. I have had many questions along the way and they have taken the time to answer each one without rushing me. They have thoroughly discussed medications, alternative options, listened to any of my concerns etc. I realize reception is busy, as it is in every doctor's office, but they have been helpful and have always returned my calls.
The reception does a terrible job on answering the phones, voicemails and emails. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of them. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone, while the doctors itself are okay, the receptionists refuse to act professionally and do not take accountability. Several times I’ve witnessed errors and when asked to have it addressed, both receptionists argued and blamed one another for the mistakes rather than behaving professionally. No one answers the phone here. My daughter had 2 Drs here. A general pediatrician and a specialist pediatrician. Dr khattack is amazing. Great Dr but the other Dr who my daughter was going to for low iron prescribed her ADHD pills. So at one point I had 2 Drs prescribe the same medication. If it wasn't for the pharmacy letting me know I wouldn't have known there was another Dr trying to interfere with her medications. Disaster.... My son has a virtual appointment and it says the code is wrong. I have spent the last 35 minutes trying to figure out what to do. Most of that time has been trying to connect with the clinic directly over the phone but no one is answering. Virtual assistant transfers you to reception, the reception does not answer and returns you to the virtual assistant. Vicious cycle. Or it sends you to an area that says, call cannot be completed.
