Its 26th of February. It was my son's appointment today at 1.30. The office is closed, doors are locked and there is nobody in there. We have been waiting for 6 months for this appointment. There is a note on the door saying we should wait outside the office and somebody will come get us. Its been half an hour and apparently there is nobody here to take us in. Our online status says that the appointment is confirmed. This is frustrating.
They’re impossible to reach on the phone, the receptionist appears clueless, and there’s an old man walking around directing everyone. It’s unwelcoming and unprofessional. And what prompted me to write this? An AI-written page requesting 5-star reviews that was taped haphazardly and crooked on the wall.
Dr.khattak is great. The staff here is very helpful and the manager helped me to set up CHR account patiently.
Clean and great clinic. Dr Kathak is very awesome and have been helping with my kids!!! Definitely recommend!
