Please save yourself the trouble it has been headache with this clinic. Unprofessional they dont answer the phone waiting months to get forms .. half a year for a diagnosis which honestly im going to question you've met my child once how can you diagnosis them. Honestly save yourself time if you get referrals for this place ask for a different one immediately Id give zero stars if I could
Having a really tough time with this place. My two children have been with them for about few years now. They slapped a adhd diagnosis on both my children, even though one child is very clearly not adhd- and by book definition - autistic. I have done so much research to know exactly what I have here. But because my son is high functioning , they are having troubles figuring it out so they are sending me to another office which is another year wait. Horrible experience! We have waited over a year for this appointment, only to have it rescheduled multiple times—each time with a delay of about a month. We drive over 45 minutes each way, and every time they cancel or reschedule, it causes major inconvenience. The first time, they canceled last minute because a doctor was sick. The second time, their coordinator and secretary made an error in scheduling. The receptionist, Niharika at KIds Clinic is phenomenal, she interacts very well with clients and she knows how to de-escalate clients being upset after a meeting. Niharika is understanding, very helpful, and she responds to all clients concerns and follow-up. She was the only one who called me back after leaving several messages for the doctor regarding my son assessment. The other receptionist treats clients as they are invisible and they are rude.
