What is the point of scheduling appointments? I’ve been waiting for an hour with my 2 year old has yet to be seen, and we were early to our appointment. Waiting patiently until the time. They put us in our room and now it’s an hour passed the scheduled time. Most likely won’t see the dr because we need to leave for work, so now I’ll go sit in an emergency room waiting room instead.
