This salon advertises that they specialize in working with autistic children, which is exactly why my sister chose to bring her 5-year-old autistic son there. He was able to get his haircut, although, like many children with autism, he cried and struggled during the process. Such a great experience! Took my 1-year-old son for a haircut today and she did amazing. So patient, friendly, and great with kids. His hair turned out so cute — we’ll definitely be back!
Rita is amazing. My 2 year old is a sensitive boy and especially doesn’t like his hair being touched, but Rita was a magic worker! He felt comfortable with her; quickly worked through the tears, loved sitting in his fire engine and watching any show he wanted! She did a phenomenal job with his hair cut. We will be lifelong clients!
