Billing NIGHTMARE! BEWARE! They refuse to accept THEIR mistake: a worker told us we had visits covered without out-of-pocket costs. They contract billing to a third party and won't have them stop billing me. The billing is SUPER slow so I didn't recieve a bill until AFTER all visits and I didn't know they were charging me unfairly. I was clearly told not to worry because it was covered. I should have read the Yelp reviews (they are under "Kidscare Therapy" out of Addison, TX office
