The hygienist was so patient and communicative while cleaning my daughter’s teeth. Dr. Katie was thorough, reviewing my daughter’s medical history prior to treatment. Also was considerate, focusing on building trust with my daughter before planning treatments that may be scary for a small child.
Everyone is always so patient with my little one especially when he is scared and nervous. They also take the time to ask us if we have any questions and concerns; we never feel we are ever rushed out. We love taking our little one here.
Do not recommend, the cleaning was very quick and seemed inadequate. The BILLING though was my biggest complaint, never had issues with insurance covering a simple cleaning xray for my kids (united concordia) but the time i spent dealing with these bills i just won't ever get back. I tried dealing with their office staff and it was useless, ultimately paid and switched dentist. I never write reviews but I urge you to keep looking, this isn't the one.
