Unfortunately, my first impression of this dental office was extremely disappointing. I was placed on hold for ten minutes without anyone returning to the call. When I hung up and called back, the receptionist did not even answer or acknowledge me—she immediately placed me on hold again. Customer service was 0/10. This interaction gave me a terrible first impression of the office and made me question the level of care and communication I could expect as a patient.
