They only received 1 start because you have to. The worst staff I've ever had to deal with. They are very unprofessional and NEVER answer the phone.
If I could rate a zero I would. My 16 year old and 11 year old twins have been going there since birth. The last 5 years the staff is very unprofessional.
I definitely see why the ratings havewent down at this place. Every time I call they never give you proper information. Then they say they are not acceptiing new patients but she is already their primacy care doctor. Staff is not professional just from phone the phone conversation. Like they dont know nothing. How do I need medical records for kids that are already in their system because they are returning. I see why the rating is garbage now.
