Ruby is an outstanding OT who provides me with a wide range of solutions to trial to support my AudHD son. In particular, Ruby has gone above and beyond to support me with sensory profiles, reports for KIS funding, challenges with eating, toilet training and group participation. Thank you Ruby for everything you do to support Rory!
Our son was provided very limited therapy at Kids at max and we recently had to make Aphra complaint that the initial referral wasn’t being addressed … no addressing of the dysgraphia problem was made such that he’s now in middle school and being disadvantaged. Aphra say the practice managers at Kids at Max are not qualified enough and directors of this medical facility attempt to silence clients via threats, over prioritising disabled children in need. Shame on you Kids at Max.
I can’t fault the therapist my child saw however we now need her treatment notes for my child’s teacher and receptionist says we have to pay $39 for them. Doctors nor dentists don’t charge for record releases. Oh and it’s going to take them 1 month to send said ‘few pieces of paper.’ Not impressed.
I recently engaged Kids At Max for occupational therapy services for my child. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't what we had hoped for. There were limited interactions with the therapist, and the initial appointments didn't involve the planned assessment or specific therapy activities.
