I replaced my usual coffee with their pro-kidney coffee for a healthier option. It was so good, I bought another for the women at my office!
I ordered a Large black zip up hoodie on January 3rd. After 3 weeks I was told that someone had transposed the number to my address, so I never received it. I sent off an order for a kidney sweat shirt for dialysis for the left arm and when it finally came it was for the right . I returned it. And now many months later I am hearing from this company with no mention of sending me the correct shirt.
I have been very disappointed with the lack of response from Kidney Buzz. My order was last Sept/Oct for 2 dialysis belts paid for. They never arrived I sent 2 or 3 enquiries and received no help. There seems to be no tracking of parcels and very little interest as to whether the goods are received. Not good service at all. Being on dialysis is hard enough without being ripped off by a company who should do better.
