Not sure why all the negative comments, but my experience with this service was outstanding!!! Everything from check-in and prep for surgery (blast a kidney stone) to out processing was first class.

Sarah has to be one of the worst receptionists I have ever encountered! Her attitude and lack of patience and compassion is sickening. I see others have had an issue with her as well, I truly don’t understand how this company can allow for an employee like that to represent them. It has taken forever to get something scheduled, she assured me a call back but havent heard from them in days. She talks over you and seems annoyed at any question you ask. Honestly if you are referred here, stay away. #1 Kidney stone center isn't actually anything. They are the middle man that schedules you with another company. #2 Due to them not actually being anything at all. The communication is absolutely terrible. You will have no idea what you're getting into until you actually arrive at their 3rd party provider day of surgery. I went here and had surgery and they busted my kidney. After surgery I told them something was wrong. And they kept saying everything went fine and just gave me more pain medicine. After telling them about 5 times I told them to call me an ambulance. The hospital found they put a hole in my kidney and I had a 18” hematoma. They worst thing that has evert happened to me.
