The only issue was they weren't there on time. Other than that....very informative
I have seen some over lapping of prescriptions eing made between my primary doctor and kidney specialist. This appeared to be a mistake resulting in the same ingredient being ordered by both. I suggest that all chart notes including medications be readily accessible to all providers or having some program that would detect duplications.
I was seen after only a few minutes wait. Communication was excellent.
