Dr. Alas is a concerned professional. His ability to look at different aspects of treatment far surpass other kidney doctors I have seen. He acts where others just monitor. His manners are impeccable. I am a former health-care professional and I appreciate his work.
Dr. Christine Chen is a wonderful provider. I've been seeing her for about 5 years and I am very satisfied with her care. Most importantly my health is better as a result of her instructions, and I am very appreciative of her and her staff. Thank you for everything that you do!
During covid we were out of the state doing video visits with ALL of our other doctors. but this office REFUSED even though we have an Albuquerque address ! The office manager and staff are terrible and should not be in the healthcare field shame on you all! We will also be reporting this to the BBB and the AMA ! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
We have been taking my dad to Dr. Chen for years now. Dr Chen takes her time and listens to my Dads concerns. Never had any problems whatsover with this office. My Dad tells us all the time, Dr. Chen is his favorite Dr. I want to personally thank her for taking such good care of my dad.
