If I had it to do over I would just leave when the front desk chick was so hostile. The youngish frowning woman at the front desk is the reason I would never return. The customer service here is horrible. Glad i found out BEFORE i trusted them with my mom.
Horrible horrible horrible clinic. The lady at the front desk has a face and attitude towards the people of hate when it should be about loving and receiving. I sat and listened to an elder man whose wife was 1 minute late and they canceled her appointment and put her for the afternoon plus charge them the $500 fee for being late that she mentioned to me after my husband signed the policy agreement and she never gave him a copy.
