Contacted this company to set up home dialysis. It took several calls and left messages to finally hear back from them. Long story short I had a great conversation with the owner. She had a technician come to my home and evaluate whether home dialysis would be possible. It was and I never heard from them again. It has been over a month. I have leave numerous messages but no one had the courtesy of calling me back. Very unprofessional and extremely rude to leave a patient waiting to hear about receiving treatment. Not professional at all. Waited to the end of treatment to tell me I have to go to another treatment center because the manager does not want to pay overtime? Not very professional. Sorry that I have to work 40 hrs a week.
