Per usual, patient’s are expected to be on time under the threat of being charged for the appointment or the appointment being cancelled all together for being late. I showed up 10 minutes early and spent the next 60 minutes waiting on the doctor. 30 minutes in the waiting room followed by 30 minutes in the exam room. Still, no doctor. I left the exam room to find the waiting room now packed with patients waiting to be seen by a doctor who was running over an hour behind. No explanation, no heads up from the staff…nothing.
