Jackie is amazing! She really cares about your overall physical health & preserving the life of your kidney. She was sooooo attentive & thoughtful. She listened/answered my questions, and her facility was clean/inviting. For me, her help has extended beyond the office. I needed help with an appointment with a nephrologist & she worked diligently to handle it. Thanks Kidney Focused Care!!!
I'm VA E. Simmons an I must say I was nervous even with my wife beside me. I was surprised that I could not just walk into her office of the street, but that was for my safety. The young lady that opened the door was polite and welcoming. The office was even more impressive, clean and tastefully decorated. Calming. Nurse Boyd was awesome. She explained and told/show me what I needed to do. Very professional, yet understanding my feelings of being nervous and my privacy was highly respected. Thanks again.
