I see Dr Preeti Rana quarterly and see is always pleasant and detail oriented. See listens to my concerns and addresses them with professionalism.
Front desk staff is highly unprofessional and underprepared. I was scheduled for an appointment at 9am and received a call days before my appointment saying that the doctor doesn’t come in that early. If that’s the case, why schedule me for that time? When I tried to reschedule, they said the soonest availability was a month later. Every question I had about office hours or my doctor’s schedule resulted in them placing me on hold. After being placed on hold, they took turns picking up the phone, basically ping-ponging my cal... read more
Dr. Irmindra is attentive and always there for me.

Dr Rana is a very good Nephrologist whom I have had care for me for nearly 5 years. He keeps a close watch on my kidney function and together we address any needs or problems. Of special note is ---"ASHLEY" a receptionist in the front office. She is SUPERIOR!! She knows me when I call and has helped tremendously when records or orders need to be accessed or sent. Her follow-up is truly terrific--as I always know when I call or ask for something, ASHLEY takes care of it and lets me know when everything is done and in order!! ... read more
