Very pleased with the doctors at this facility but staff is lacking. Staff is incapable of reading notes. they expect the client to know medical terms beyond their purview and they scheduled follow ups for patient with the wrong doctor (had notes need read this would have been avoided)
I am writing to formally express my profound concern and disappointment regarding an experience my family and I had with Dr. Alvaro Ryes at your facility. My mother had recently decided to enter hospice care at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Unfortunately, our interactions with Dr. Ryes during this critical time left a deeply negative impression. Horrible communication. I was told to do an ultra sound and lab work asap by the front desk and doctor, and they schedule me a month out. I then get a call 2 days before my appointment saying I need the lab work done a week within my appointment.. and nobody wants to take accountability for the miscommunication
I respect all of the doctors in this practice. All great doctors.
