I just called to change an appointment for my mom. The lady was very rude, very quick to hang up, was talking to someone else 90% of the time I was on the phone, and placed me on hold abruptly without asking or stating she was going to place me on hold. I shudder to think the kind of care my mom will receive if this is a glimpse of how this practice is.

Reschedule appts on short notice (appt rescheduled for just 5 days after receiving letter) without any consideration for patients other obligations, never called to arrange scheduling, won’t return multiple messages left with answering service or contact attempts through website form to let them know they scheduled my appt while I would be out of town and unavailable. I asked my provider to refer to a better clinic that respects that the patient has other obligations in life than just their office. If they make it so difficu... read more

Let me premise this with, I haven't even been to their office yet and I feel like it's one of the worst experiences of my life. To start with, I had to call and make my appointment after they didn't reach out to me. Then when I got ahold of someone in the office it was "Hello?" then "Oh, well it looks like you're scheduled on January 18th at 10AM" and then they hung up. No professionalism at all. This place is AWFUL! I barely got in the door before one of the girls at the check in desk snapped at me. There was 3 of them there and none of them acted like they knew what they were doing. I was extremely uncomfortable. They were looking me up and down judging me. If I have to go through all of this just checking in I'm afraid to go any further. So I just told them to cancel the appointment and left. It was too much attitude in that room and I don't want to end up in a store room packed in Ice. I will NEVER go there again... read more

I was referred her by my primary Dr. Since kidney disease runs in my family. They called set up a apt, called 2 days later left a message they changed it told them that did not work, they said ok we’ll call you back. Got letter in mail with date and time change and changed it from the office in the east end to j-town. I live in the east end.
