Explain everything to me in detail
A lot of improvement since my last visit with the front desk staff and nurse. They were much more professional and patience than what I experience previously. I did not feel like Dr. Nass was rushing this time either. I had a great experience with the clinical staff, Jessica. She made sure I was taken care of with the items I needed, was very prompt with her response and very supportive. I felt like I was in good hand.
