Went to this place with a 12:45 appointment. Sat there for an hour and a half nobody even acknowledged us being there. We pre registered and signed in on the sign in sheet. After an hour and a half and an empty waiting room they came and asked basically why we were there. I guess the sign in sheet means nothing.
