Had a doctor’s referral and paid several hundred dollars for a speech therapy assessment. Was told that my son was a severe case and we would be placed on the waiting list which was 2-4 months long. A few months shy of 2 years and I have never got a call back. I eventually was able to obtain help through the public school and a grief counselor who went above and beyond to help with Griffin’s speech. Never even been to Kidnetics to leave a legitimate review because we can’t get a phone call back or anyone to pick up the phone. Was referred to them more than a month ago, we never received a phone call to schedule an initial appointment. After weeks of not hearing from anyone, decided to call them and still...no answer and no call back.
I felt like if I made this post when it happened, it would have come from absolute anger and nothing else. So I decided to sit with it. Tried to look at it from a different perspective, tried to understand why it would EVER be okay to be treated the way we were, before we ever even stepped foot in the door. My 2 year old grandson has speech, OT and PT at Kidnetics! He has come so far since starting his therapies. All of his therapists know how to work him hard but always show him love. He is always happy to go “play” and work with them! We appreciate all the love and hard work you put into our little guy. We ❤️ Miss April, Sarah, Becky, Holly and Caitlin!
Our pediatrician recommended our oldest son (3 years old) to have a speech evaluation done. He “sent over a referral” and told us they would be in touch in 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks of not hearing I called, during business hours and left a message because no one answered. Still haven’t heard from them almost a month after my call, no less 2 months after the drs referral. If potential patients can’t even get a call back that speaks volumes about their business.
I can't sing their praises enough. The therapist here have been absolutely amazing, everyone on the staff are always nice & friendly & help you feel welcomed. They help relieve some of the anxiety you feel all to often as a parent, they reassure you in every way. My son has received OT services for 2 years, & Speech services for almost a year here
