Everyone is friendly enough. But, had an appointment for 1:20, told to check in 15 minutes before appointment. Arrived and checked in at 12:56. Only 4 others in waiting room with us. 2:08 now and still waiting in exam room to be seen. Why bother with appointments?!?!
Ladies at the front desk were nice. Waiting room was sectioned off and spacious. Tvs playing at a low volume. Inside room had a wall toy to play with. Nurse and doctor were nice. Even offered popsicle and lollipop after visit. Was pleasantly surprised! Won't hesitate to come back if needed!
I have been here many times with all 3 of my kids and have never had a problem with any of the providers. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly UNTIL today. We had NP "Susie" who was condescending, rude, and acted as if I knew nothing about what I was discussing with her. I am in the medical field, and i'm not oblivious to my kids conditions. The facility is excellent and the staff is so friendly. We just walked in as my daughter's symptoms were getting worst and we were seen quickly. The RN made my daughter feel very comfortable and helped ease the symptoms quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care for kids.
