Originally thought that the providers was understanding and caring to what my specific child needs. However, that's not the case. If you have a child with special needs or specific medically conditions I do not recommend taking your child here. All the providers do is what they feel should be done and not what is specifically needed for your child. They do not listen to the parent, even though we know our child better then they do. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, but I see no sense in having a scheduled appointment when you do not get called back until a hour past your appointment time. It was absolutely awful. Waited 50mins only to be in and out of a room in 15mins.
The staff is very kind. The local communities need a location like this for children and this facility provided testing and prescriptions for my child’s illness. I am very pleased with this urgent care. The wait can take a very long time so try and come before the typical rush times.
The nurse practitioner was very thorough. My daughter ended up in the emergency room because the nurse practitioner discovered extremely high sugars. She was diagnosed as diabetic. So thankful to them for their excellent care.
Was waiting for an hour and left. They wouldn’t give our money back. Extremely unprofessional environment for a dr office. Avoid at all costs
