If you’re reading this and haven’t already purchased anything from these clowns. Please save yourself some trouble and heartache by purchasing whatever you need elsewhere. Customer service is horrible and they don’t respond to either emails or voicemail messages and when they finally do respond they don’t offer anything to resolve your issues. I learned this the hard way but you don’t have to

Absolutely mad at this company literally waited over a month, called they told my it would ship on the 5th be at my house the 9th, called again 9th the rep was ugly and disrespectful I asked for a manager didnt get one nobody called back, called again no information no manager, called again today the lady said manager would call me she was nice then they canceled my order after waiting this whole time and manager is busy atm and will try later idk which location is handling my order but im ticked off at this company for wais... read more

My review on Kidkrafts website was "moderated" and removed so I will share it here: 1 out of 5 stars. "Free" parts for damaged product cost shipping! 3 days ago Box arrived damaged, even though the outside clearly states “STOP – DO NOT REFUSE” with a phone number for freight damage and replacement parts. It also boldly claims “REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE SENT FREE OF CHARGE.” We opened the box and thankfully only one piece was broken. Tube slide joints broke twice and create a safety hazard for kids. Consumer service is a nightmare and don’t expect to get a straight answer. UV has damaged plastic….very poor quality control. Dont risk injury or waste your time and money.

The customer service is horrible. I called to cancel an item 20 minutes after ordering it, they said I needed to email, I sent the email right away. The next day I emailed and called again. They said it won't be a problem. Then, I get a notification that it shipped! I called and emailed numerous times to try to fix the issue. Then it gets delivered, but I can't find it? Still customer service is unhelpful.
