Nice facility and the Doctor was fun and engaging for my little one.
I have taken both of my children to see Dr. Mo, and our experiences have always been excellent. Dr. Mo and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What stands out most is that Dr. Mo takes the time to listen carefully to concerns, answer questions, and make both parents and children feel comfortable during appointments. We never feel rushed and always leave feeling confident in the care our children receive. I highly recommend Dr. Mo and his team to any family looking for compassionate and quality care.
Fast and efficient but also very thorough. Came to them with an issue our son was having just before we left for vacation and they squeezed us in immediately. Grateful to have a pediatric specific urgent care in Lombard when our pediatrician can’t see us immediately and beats driving to Winfield to the CDH Pediatric ER.
*UPDATE- I’ve come back here twice after this for different reasons with different kids. I can’t recommend him enough. Rushed in with three very sick kiddos (all under 5). Dr. Mo was so kind and patient with all of us. The front desk assistant joked with them and tried to lighten their spirits. Great bedside manner since Dr. Mo had to immediately start treatment and he verified possible causes then informed and educated me about every suggested step as part of the future treatment plan. Very incompetent medical workers. Dr Mo is in this for the money. Pushing unnecessary extra testing.
