When I first started bringing my oldest daughter here the place was GREAT! I loved it! But now that I had my second daughter things have done went to hell. I never bring the girls in together to be seen, since I’ve been bringing my newborn into the office I’ve been in here waiting for 2+ hours. It’s getting a bit out of hand. I’m actually in search of a new doctor for both of my girls at the moment.
All of the doctors have been great and very informative every time I’ve taken my son here, some of the MAs are nice but I wasn’t pleased with the one I had today and the receptionist is so rude every time we’ve been there.. I get COVID is a very real thing but coming from someone in the medical field it in no way prevents you from greeting and walking you back to your room nor does it prevent you from setting up your own room.
