I had the best time with Kiddie Academy. My son had issues and the teachers and owners worked with us and helped us. My son was able to graduate Pre-K and is now thriving in Kindergarten. We really feel that they cared for us as a family and our success together.

Our daughter developed a rash that our Pedetrician confirmed was from infrequent diaper changes, which was also shown on their report, with only 1 change from 8am to 2pm, both owners are too busy to properly care for this facility, and repeated concerns do not get addressed properly. Kiddie Academy was a very disappointing experience for my family. The children have very few structured activities, and the meals and snacks provided are junk food. The facility is not USDA-certified, which was another concern for me. The teachers would ask me to stay at drop-off to help maintain ratio, so what does this tell you? They don't have adequate staff. Unfortunately my experience is that this childcare center is at its heart just a business, which means the children are just numbers. Pros: open long hours, cameras you can watch from home, meals included Keep in mind that when choosing a daycare we are choosing someone to care for our children, the most precious pieces of our lives. Attempted to get basic information regarding rates and enrollment, but was told the staff 'did not have time' to answer questions due to other calls. While I understand childcare centers are busy, the lack of a structured way to provide information to the public is disappointing. If you're looking for quick answers or a transparent inquiry process, be prepared for some difficulty here.
