Called up on Wednesday and got an emergency appointment booked for Thursday the following day. Had to take time out of work to go, only to find out when I got there that they had taken all my details (because I was on the system) but not actually booked me in, so apparently there was nothing they could do for me on the day, despite being given an appointment over the phone previously.
