Was out of the country and had a sewer backup in the basement coming out of ac drain. Had a friend coordinate the repair with them. They snaked the ac drain and charged me $435 . Said it was fixed. I get home a few days later to sewer water in the basement. Refused to stand behind their work. So had to go rent a snake and do it myself.Do not trust these guys.
