This has been a very disappointing experience. My elderly mom paid in full for a set of dentures, and after a month, she still had not received them. We finally decided to take her to Aspen Dental, where she received a perfectly made full set in less than a week. Now my mom is out $2,250 at this office and still has no dentures to show for it. This has caused her unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I truly hope the office improves its service and resolves issues like this for future patients.

Cancelled my fiancés appointment the day before he was scheduled for a root canal because he asked for pain pills since he was in excruciating pain but since he was African American they refused and canceled appointment.
