great job I've come to expect most consignment shops to be a bit disorderly. This particular store is neat and well kept. They sell clothing, toys, car seats, hair bows, books, dvds, they have it all.

MsD I totally agree with the HORRIBLE customer service for consingers. I dropped items off and was told I would get a call the next day to let me know what was bought and to come pick up the rest...I waited around ALL day with no phone call. I finally called back and they said they had not looked through them yet and drop offs take 2-3 days for someone to look at them! I told them that at the Cary location they only take 1 to 2 hours and I was told in response that appts and walk ins get priority. Walk ins! So I said if I co... read more
Horrible Customer Service Although I have shopped here before and found some good deals, I agree with the other negative posts. I dropped off some items there (nice, clean maternity and baby clothing) and it's been 6 DAYS without anyone looking at them. The teenager that took the items was rude and everytime I call I get another rude teenage girl. I'm going to go get them back, I hope that they give them to me.
