Can’t even give me anastasia correctly and had to wait 4 hours for a cavity. Truly disappointing and i’m moving dentists.
Every appointment we have been to with my toddler we have had to wait at least an hour which is critical with a little kid toys in the waiting room are broken and out of date staff are not accommodating and inviting waiting room stays full I would not recommend this place for anyone child
My children have been patients at Kids Smile Team since its opening on E Dixie Dr. We've generally had positive experiences, however, our visit today was exceptionally unpleasant. My daughter's hygienist, Alexis, exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior throughout the appointment. She was observed rolling her eyes and cleaning my daughter's teeth quite roughly. Very disappointed in this office, I receive NUMEROUS of harassment calls & texts through out the week to make sure my child & I attend their appointment…just for us to wait a hr or more to be seen & we arrived exactly at 8a, 3rd person to check in but EVERYBODY that checked in before & AFTER us was being called back even the ones that came in with multiple siblings….as if yall don’t have a late or no show policy…very inconvenient & unprofessional bc if you’re going to blow my phone up all day about a appt, i except that appt... read more
My daughter was put in a straight jacket and was held down by multiple hygienists and the dentist to fix her teeth and had a fear of going until she started going somewhere else, hated this place wouldn’t not Recommend
