Good happy hour deal on vermouth and a very kind staff put this over the three mark. I can not comment on the quality of wine, but I enjoyed it.

Amazing food, consistent wine program, very cute spot.
Oxtail is not traditional- rice dish with traces of oxtail, no bone. All food was good but appetizer portions even their entr�es. The 2 of us left hungry, shouldn’t have happened with 4 dishes for $104 (excludes tip); we are not big eaters.
