I am 55 years old and was a champion in the Kenpo Karate world when I was young. I started lessons in boxing cause I like to hit things and need my health back! LOL I have private lessons with Steven and it is so worth it. Fun, educational and I feel so much better after just a few trainings. Steven is so knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and boxing. He knows how to work with arthritis in the knees! If you need a boost to get you feeling better mentally and physically don’t delay. Life Changing! Call them!
