I have to agree with the previous review. Dr Eltakech is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. The female NP with black hair, I dont even know her name that’s how great her bedside manner is, holds medications hostage and dismisses the patient and family. I have encountered this behavior multiple times from her. I didn’t take off work to bring in my son for her to tell me to “limit screen time” when my son was brought in for a respiratory illness. I want to start by saying that the clinic staff and Dr. El-Takech are absolutely amazing, and I truly appreciate the care they provide. However, unfortunately, due to a repeated issue, I feel the need to speak up. I brought my child to the clinic today because he’s been experiencing a fever and persistent coughing. My son has autism, which means he often moves around more than other children—it’s part of his condition and something we manage with patience and understanding. This is such a nice, clean place. The RBTs are wonderful — they treat families with kindness and respect. After each session, they take the time to explain everything clearly to us parents, which makes us feel included and supported in the process. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism they provide.
I LOVE this clinic. My son has Down Syndrome and Autism the Dr was so patient and went over and beyond, I tell everyone I know and meet with children to take them here. Excellent Customer service ⭐
The best Pediatrician's office; very respectful and caring staff. Very knowledgeable and personable doctor as well!
