A family favorite for more than 2 years! Newer staff definitely don't fill the shoes of the old staff. They're not as good with kids, inconsistent with policies and don't take their job as serious. I already know that Brian is working on replacing the dated flooring but, it's a big problem with adult knees/feet, as well as child injuries. The two guys there today at 4pm we’re extremely friendly. They played with all the kids and even stayed open an extra couple of minutes as some kids asked them to.

Just had my son’s 5th birthday party here and it was amazing! From Booking through end of party...excellent service! Brian made our booking and food order setup and even greeted us upon arrival. Then John & Kelly took over and we were very pleased! John was soo good with the kids & really kept the party upbeat and going! He even without asking played spongebob music which was our sons party theme!
