Horrible front desk customer service, confrontational during appointment setting rather than courteous and attempts at accommodating separate slots in the same day for our family, when I've taken all kids before such a in 2024 August when in fact during a visit, one of their vaccines (see other reviews about their vaccine experience) caused my older to pass out and the doctor had to call 911. We've been coming here for atleast 6 years now. Its been bearable for convenience alone. Today I called to schedule annual appointments for my 4 kids and was told they'll only see 2 kids per day. No logical reason, just their policy. We've had appointments with all the kids in the past. Today we received nothing but push back. The front office didnt involve providers to try accommodate and resolve just a hard no and that we have to schedule 2 different days. Dr. Selzer was absolutely amazing! She did a thorough exam as well as answered any questions I had in detail! She also sent home some packets with my child’s vaccine records as well as information regarding my 18 month old’s development. The office/ reception staff did a great job as well! They answered my call pretty quick and didn’t keep me on hold just to book an appointment. Any questions I had regarding my insurance, they were on top of it.
