Very disappointed with our experience. We could have taken our son to urgent care or the ER, but since his PCP office was only five minutes away, we called ahead and clearly explained that he had a dog bite. We were told to bring him in. After arriving, my wife took him inside but was told within two minutes they could not see him because it was a dog bite — the exact reason we had called ahead. Better communication and compassion are needed so other families don’t go through this.

Very disappointed with my experience. I called the office and was on the phone for about 12 minutes explaining that my son had a dog bite and needed to be seen. They scheduled an appointment and told me to bring him in. After driving there with my injured child, we were then told they could not see him because it was a dog bite — which was exactly the reason I called ahead. Very inconsistent customer service from the front desk. There's too many good offices out there to be dealing with somewhere that treats people like they are an inconvenience to them... If you read their responses, they only contradict and dismiss other reviewers.

Every time I go in, Emily Penninger is there and sadly I get her! She talks down to me and my grandmother and is very rude,I'm changing! Dr. Leffel has been my dr since I was 2 days old and she's wonderful. I live near the Haslet office so it's convenient when I'm not feeling well. I literally told her my symptoms and we asked for bloodwork to be done, understandably she's the physcian so she didn't think it would work.
