My 6 year old had his very first dental procedure this morning to remove the two cavities that had developed. I was a bit nervous due to the fact that there are multiple steps that have to be taken to properly remove a cavity. THE STEPS TAKEN ARE MORE LIKE EASY INSTRUCTIONS! but from a child's perspective, I could see how it could be a scary experience. That was NOT the case for my son. We recently visited Kid 1 and just wanted to say thank you because the place was amazing and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff, though young, were incredibly respectful, professional, and kind. They were patient with the kids and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Office staff is disorganized, confused, and unprofessional. Provided my insurance information multiple times and every time they have it wrong. Are teenagers running the office? Because that seems to be the case. I lost all confidence in them!! I was not impressed with the Dentists. A year ago we saw one and he advised that procedures would be necessary.
